Is family sharing really free?
Yes — free on every plan, forever. One connection on Free, up to five on Pro and Elite. It's a brand promise we never walk back, qualify, or bury in fine print.
Do I need a card to try Muster?
No. A Free account needs no card. A card is captured only when you choose to start a Pro or Elite 7-day trial — and you'll see "free for 7 days, then $X on [date] unless you cancel" before you enter it.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop back to the Free tier and keep your account and data. Cancel in one tap, in the same channel you signed up. There's also a 14-day, no-questions refund on your first charge.
Does the pay checker guarantee I'll find money?
No. The checker compares your payslip to your contract and the Award floor and flags apparent shortfalls for you to raise. Whether there's a discrepancy depends entirely on your pay. We don't promise savings — we make checking take seconds instead of hours.
Is this financial or tax advice?
No. Muster surfaces information and helps you keep records. It doesn't give financial, tax or legal advice, and it points you to registered professionals when you need them.
Where is my data stored?
In Australia (AWS Sydney), encrypted with AES-256. Your payslips and personal data never leave the country, and we never sell or share your data — including with researchers.
